Erika Ulinder Bell 

Senior Development Manager, Surrey City Development Corp. 

Erika is a Senior Development Manager at Surrey City Development Corp. She has extensive experience in property acquisitions, pre-development, design and all phases of development through construction, and is most passionate about the creation of affordable housing. Erica has worked across BC and the Lower Mainland with both commercial and residential developers - most recently with the BC Housing Management Commission before joining the SCDC team. Erika has built and managed project teams and collaborated successfully with local and regional partners at all levels. She received her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, and a Diploma of Urban Land Economics from the University of BC.

Michael A. Ferreira

Managing Principal, Urban Analytics

Michael brings over 25 years of insight and experience in the new multi-family home development industry in Metro Vancouver and several other markets in British Columbia and Alberta; most of that time as managing principal of a leading market research and advisory firm Urban Analytics, with the balance in key senior management roles with major development firms in Metro Vancouver. Under the leadership of Michael and his business partner Jon Bennest, Urban Analytics has grown to be a leading provider of new home data through its NHSLIve platform, and of advisory services to the residential development industry. Michael is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology and the Sauder School of Business at UBC.

Dave Steele

Founder & CEO, Western Canadian Properties Group

Dave is the founder & CEO of Western Canadian Properties Group. For the past 30 years, Dave and his team have worked with over 12,000 investors to acquire over $1.5 billion worth of investment properties throughout North America. Dave and his team at Western Canadian Properties Group manage a portfolio of multi-family construction projects in Surrey, Langford, Kelowna, Fort MacMurray, and Fort St. John, British Columbia. Additionally, over the past four years, Dave and his partner, Janet Lepage of Western Wealth Capital, have acquired more than 40 multi-family apartment buildings in Phoenix, Arizona, and see this region as one of the strongest rental markets in the United States.
