This position is open due to the incumbent transitioning into a different area within the finance department. This is the sole Manager in this area in the global headquarters and the position is right-hand and second-in-command to the VP, Risk Assessment and Internal Audit. There is one Internal Auditor reporting in. The new Manager will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit function, as well as leading and managing a variety of projects pertaining to risk assurance, IT audit, audit analytics, internal controls, enterprise risk management, etc. Responsibilities: (Please note this is a brief outline, Swim Recruiting will provide a full and comprehensive job description to candidates)

Must have excellent communication skills including ability to adjust communication style depending on the audience. Compensation: This is considered a strategic and senior-level position. The range on base salary starts at $100,000 and goes upward from there, commensurate with experience level, plus very generous benefits and other perks. Travel Component: Travel in this role is anticipated to be around 10% to 15%- probably 6 trips a year ranging from a few days to a week at a time.
