Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of DP World Canada, the Director of Financial Planning &Analysis (Director) leads the Corporate FP&A functions in establishing DP World Canada’s long-term financial trajectory and shorter-term financial forecasts. The incumbent brings thought leadership and business partnering to senior leaders in the Regional Office and across DP World Canada. Providing leadership to a dedicated team, the Director drives value with a particular focus on leading the DP World Canada’s annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes, as well as supporting a wide range of management reporting, strategic analysis and decision-making for the group. The Director provides leadership and mentorship within the FP&A function and possesses the business maturity to set ambitious goals for various business outcomes as well as the intellectual horsepower to derive deep, data-driven insights that will help DP World realize those goals. The Director is responsible for leading the efforts to scale the corporate FP&A processes and develop members of the FP&A team as the Company grows and faces increasing business complexity.
