With nearly 25 years of professional services experience dedicated to finance and business transformation, Rajeev is passionate about driving and delivering successful transformation outcomes and held executive roles in retail and financial services, as well as senior advisory positions in consulting.
As a Finance Transformation Leader, he has led technology implementation in corporate services, including optimizing the finance function through the transformation of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Close-to-report with Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft; executing coaching on LEAN Six Sigma principles with the mindset of driving higher adoption of LEAN practices.
Rajeev has worked across geographies in Europe, Middle East, Asia, and America and consulted with clients across numerous industries, including retail, government, financial services, oil & gas, and telecommunications.

Narmin is a Partner in KPMG's Management Consulting practice, dedicated to helping clients transform corporate services functions through a holistic approach by implementing new service delivery models, processes, and technology to drive better value for the business.
Narmin specializes in the transformation of finance and procurement functions and leads these practices in Calgary. Other key area of focuses also includes program management, ERP, and cloud technology implementation, automation, organizational design, and change management. Narmin brings over 20 years of professional services experience in the oil and gas, power and utilities, and retail sectors.
Amy Maraone is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Moneris where she leads an integrated marketing and communications strategy overseeing analytics, omnichannel strategy development, marketing automation, and content creation.
A senior marketer with over 20+ years’ experience, Amy has implemented and led digital marketing transformations across B2B organizations including previous engagements at LoyaltyOne, Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) and Microsoft.
