Diana Pavlovska, The Humphrey Group

Diana is a Consultant based in Vancouver. Working at The Humphrey Group, Diana has developed a reputation for excellence in both her group training, and private client coaching with senior leaders in organizations globally. Diana excels at helping her clients communicate clearly and authentically, with a polished executive presence. Diana works across a variety of sectors, and has worked with some of the most successful business executives globally. Her clients include CEOs, CFOs, CIOs and SVPs across a variety of sectors. 

Diana challenges all of her clients to expand their leadership approach to create a strong vision, and create buy in. She uses her communication expertise to support her clients through difficult leadership challenges. With each of her clients, Diana creates a coaching program that allows them to apply their leadership skills to their daily responsibilities. Diana is a truly versatile coach, and an accomplished Keynote Speaker. Her experiences with senior leaders range from preparing them to deliver compelling presentations to the board to working with an entire executive leadership team to develop a strategic approach to growing their business. Diana is an accomplished award winning film and television actor, and acting coach across North America and Europe. She’s helped actors to achieve an authentic, strong presence for over 15 years.

Janina Heuser, Robert Half Management Resources

Janina Heuser, Client Service Director at Robert Half Management Resources is an accomplished recruitment professional with a strong track record in staffing senior finance roles as well as special projects. She started her career in Frankfurt, Germany focusing on clients in financial services, investment banking and legal. In 2011 Janina relocated to Sydney, Australia were she worked across a multitude of industries, consulting large corporates as well as private companies on finance transformation and business optimization initiatives. She is very passionate about her network and has been actively promoting women in finance, for instance, by starting a reoccurring panel discussion: “Robert Half – Leading Ladies” in collaboration with LinkedIn. In July 2017, Janina relocated to Vancouver, Canada were she continues to work with Robert Half’s Management Resources Division.
