Fiona is a member of Board of Governors of the Business Council of British Columbia, and University of British Columbia. She was WXN Canada’s Most Powerful Women Top 100 Award Winner in 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015, and was inducted into the WXN hall of fame in 2015.

Fiona has served on the board of the International Women’s Forum (IWF) Canada, an organization dedicated to advancing women’s leadership across careers, cultures and continents by connecting the world’s most pre-eminent women. She has received Canada’s Top 25 Canadian Immigrant Award from RBC, Influential Women in Business Award from Business in Vancouver, BC’s Top 25 Women Mentor award, and 50 Most Influential Women in BC, and has been recognized as one of Women of Influence's 2012 Canadian Diversity Champions.
