The Executive Director, Corporate Services will be joining Squamish Nation at an unprecedented time of growth and development, and will play an integral role in guiding the organization to reach its ambitious goals. One of five members of the executive team that directly supports Council, the Executive Director leads a team of 75 professionals and works with leaders across the organization to create and carry out core strategic work and key initiatives as directed by Council. The Executive Director oversees the service areas of finance, IT/IS, human
resources, communications and engagement, legal, and print & production, and champions service excellence with a focus on organizational effectiveness and efficiencies. In addition, the Executive Director delivers exceptional public service and progressive, culturally-aligned, sustainable best practices.
