Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Vice President of Finance
and Operations is a senior leader with organizational authority, acting as
a strategic advisor to the CEO and a key contributor to JABC’s success.
This role oversees financial management, operational efficiency, and
organizational infrastructure, ensuring that JABC remains mission-driven,
financially sustainable, and operationally effective. The VP is a thoughtful
and forward-thinking professional who collaborates with cross-functional
teams and supports other areas within JABC’s Functional Framework to drive
organizational growth and impact.
