What's the forecast for Vancouver's real estate market?

It's no secret that Vancouver has benefited from investment from Asia, particularly China. Will the race to own a piece of Vancouver real estate gather further steam in 2015/2016? What is hot and what is not in commercial retail? How is the commercial office market shaping up after the recent spike in new construction activity? Is it Yes or No? What are the ramifications of the Translink vote?

Our panel of experts will speak to these and many other prevailing issues and trends impacting residential and commercial real estate in Metro Vancouver at our 2015 Real Estate Forum.
