Jenny Knapp-Parce, Wells Fargo & Co. 

Jenny Knapp-Parce is the Customer Experience Leader for Commercial Banking at Wells Fargo & Co.  As Customer Experience Leader, Jenny leads a team that oversees the design and execution of the customer experience strategy, including customer retention, customer experience during service, cross-channel customer experience, customer feedback programs, customer communication, and customer engagement.  Prior to accepting the Customer Experience Leader role, Jenny served as the Divisional Customer Service Manager in the Pacific Northwest, supporting the Washington/Oregon/Western Canada Divisions. She successfully led her team through the execution of various strategies focused on customer acquisition,  customer experience and relationship development.  Jenny is based in Seattle and has been with Wells Fargo for 18 years and with Commercial Banking for 12 years.  

Pam Campbell, CFO of Metrie

Pam Campbell is a strong executive leader with a focus on strategic planning and execution, backed by financial and operational experience in complex, growth oriented, multi-national organizations.  She has  over 20 years’ experience in the information technology and telecommunications industries, where  her strong business background has been developed through CFO, marketing and business development positions, M&A, large strategic customer deals, and consulting.  Pam was part of the growth of the IT outsourcing company, ISM Information Systems Management (BC) Corporation, jointly owned by IBM and TELUS, from $80M to over $600M, and from BC based to operating in in five international countries,.  She was also a part of TELUS’s growth into Eastern Canada and south into the US through consulting and outsourcing initiatives, including innovative licensing deals and contracts.  Since 2011, Pam has been the CFO of Metrie, a manufacturer and distributor, recognized as the industry’s innovation leader, in the interior finishing solutions space, where she has helped lead the development of a new strategic plan, driving growth and change initiatives across this North American wide organization, through her portfolio of finance, FP&A and information technology.  Pam has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of BC, is a CPA,CA, and holds a product marketing certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
