On May 16th, join Minerva BC for a breakfast session including networking and a panel discussion with a focus on ‘Re-thinking Mentorship’.

Although having a mentor is a smart career development strategy, research suggests that women are over-mentored and under-sponsored. This event will explore mentorship, sponsorship, and the future of these important relationships in the modern workplace.
