8. Membership Fees and Refund Policy. To become a member, you are required to complete a membership application and pay the applicable membership fees by providing your credit card information on the membership application. The membership fee is non-refundable unless your membership application is not approved, in which case the membership fee will be fully refunded on the same credit card within 5 business days of the date when your membership application was rejected. To renew your membership, you will be notified of the deadline and will be prompted to pay your renewal fee by providing your credit card information. We do not store your credit card information and as such, you will be required to submit the credit card information each time you renew your membership with AWF. Renewal fees are non-refundable.

9. Consent. You acknowledge that you have read AWF privacy policy (as it may be updated from time to time) (the " Privacy Policy") and hereby consent to the collection, use and disclosure by AWF and its agents of your personal information (whether previously collected or to be collected) for the purposes identified in the Privacy Policy.

10. Viruses, etc. AWF assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of or browsing in the Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text or images from the Site.

11. Right of Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold AWF, its suppliers, partners, affiliates and related companies harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees related to any violation of these Terms and Use by you, or in connection with your use of the Site or with the placement or transmission of any message or information on the Site by you.

12. Waiver. AWF's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or rights contained in these Terms of Use.

13. Governing Laws. By visiting the Site, you agree that these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein and you agree to be bound by the laws of these jurisdictions.

14. Prices. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling (if applicable).
