 lopment Manager at Stewart Title\n\nNicole has worked for Stewart Title 
 for 7 years. She is currently the Senior Business Development Manager fo
 r Vancouver Island, but she has also worked with client’s in Vancouver
 , Tri-Cities and the Fraser Valley during her time with Stewart Title. N
 icole has an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and a M
 asters Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Calgary. Prior to
  working as an Urban Planner in both Calgary and Edmonton, Nicole worked
  in Finance for RBC for 6 years, in Toronto\n\n \n\nDale Telfer, Region
  Vice President at HSBC Real Estate\n\nDale has enjoyed a diverse bankin
 g career spanning 36 years, including 25 with HSBC. He is responsible fo
 r a Commercial Real Estate finance business in Western Canada of establi
 shed real estate clients across all asset classes. As he assumed progres
 sively more senior management roles, Dale became increasingly committed 
 to, and passionate about, team building, talent management, and helping 
 people reach their own career objectives. A true people person, he has a
 n authentic approach to connecting people with opportunities, within HSB
 C and beyond.\n\n \n\nWendy Waters, Vice President Research Services & 
 Strategy at GWL Realty Advisors\n\nWendy has over 20 years of experience
  in real estate research, 17 of them with GWL Realty Advisors (GWLRA). 
  GWLRA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Canada Life, manages the real estat
 e investments of pension fund and institutional clients via direct inves
 tments as well as through its open-ended segregated funds.  At GWLRA sh
 e leads Research Services & Strategy team, which provides strategic anal
 ysis to support and grow the $17 Billion in real estate under management
  in the office, industrial, retail and multi-residential rental asset cl
 asses. The research team focuses on the economic, demographic and social
  drivers of real estate performance as well as capital flow and market t
 rends that shape returns. They also provide research and analysis to sup
 port new developments, especially in the rental housing asset class (GWL
 RA has over 6000 units in the development pipeline including several in 
 the Vancouver area).  Wendy regularly publishes research at //gwlra.co
 m/research and shares insights on panels and as a keynote speaker in Va
 ncouver and across Canada. She is active with the Urban Land Institute (
 ULI) and Urban Development Institute (UDI). Wendy has a Ph.D. in world 
 economic history and lives in East Vancouver with her husband and two te

 at KPMG\n\nLorna is an audit partner in KPMG’s Greater Vancouver pract
 ice and has over 28 years of experience providing assurance and business
  advisory services to private and public companies, primarily in the rea
 l estate and hospitality sectors. Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, Lorna is 
 a 1994 graduate from the University of Edinburgh, in Law and Accountancy
  LLB (Hons). She holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from Scot
 land and CPA designation from British Columbia. In June 2014 she obtaine
 d her ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Withi
 n KPMG she is the former Chair of Women in Leadership in Greater Vancouv
 er and thus actively involved in mentoring and championing women to achi
 eve their leadership goals.\n\nLorna is passionate about being involved 
 in her community and helping others. She is currently the Chair of the B
 oard of the Big Sisters of Lower Mainland BC and has been a strong suppo
 rter of the organization and in particular its mentoring objectives. She
  is a former director (and founding member) of Vancouver CREW (Commercia
 l Real Estate Women) (2005-2007) and director of the Association of Wome
 n in Finance (2011-2013). She was the former President and Treasurer of 
 the North Shore Disability Resource Centre (2010-2016) and Treasurer of
