Cathy Grant is in charge of a dedicated team of marketing and sales professionals who bring a project through its entire sales life cycle. Additionally, she is responsible for all of Intracorp’s corporate communications, and stewards its brand to accurately reflect Intracorp’s corporate character. Cathy is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in real estate sales and marketing – in both traditional and digital media. Before joining Intracorp she spent four years at Townline Homes as Vice President of Marketing and Sales, overseeing the creation and building of a full-service, in-house sales, marketing and customer service team. Cathy holds a Commerce degree in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia.

Jarvis currently leads a dedicated team responsible for sourcing and executing on commercial real estate investment and development activities throughout the BC Region. Over his past 12 years at Triovest, a national commercial real estate investment and advisory company, Jarvis has directed the acquisition, sale, development, lease-up and asset management of many commercial and mixed-use properties throughout Western Canada on behalf of various institutional clients.

Prior to joining Triovest, Jarvis gained valuable experience in the industry through both commercial mortgage brokerage and commercial real estate brokerage roles held at national firms.  Jarvis currently sits as Vice President on the NAIOP Board of Directors and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Calgary.

Beau is responsible for leading all commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments at Wesgroup. His diverse development portfolio consists of master-planned and mixed-use communities, high-and low-rise condominiums, retail, industrial parks and office buildings. In addition to overseeing all development projects and the related development teams, Beau’s responsibilities also include stakeholder engagement, government relations and land acquisitions. Beau is an active contributor to the  Urban Development Institute.

Jennifer is a Director of Deloitte Real Estate and leads the Real Estate Advisory practice, a service line which assists owners, investors and government agencies evaluate, structure, realize and maximize their interest in a wide range of development projects. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2009, Jennifer successfully ran an independent consulting firm based in Western Canada.

In her career she has been on the planning team for many notable Canadian developments and leverages her deep understanding of industry best practices for the benefit of government, institutional and investor owners. Jennifer focuses her practice on the creation of real estate strategies and governance structures which accomplish her clients wider business or corporate initiatives.
